Founded in 2023 by Michael Cosgrave, a third-generation developer, Glenart partners with owners and developers to deliver complex projects from site selection through to steady-state operations. With over 2,000 residential units in Ireland, a strong US commercial real estate portfolio, and 2.4 million square feet of large-scale infrastructure delivered and under management, the firm operates at the leading edge of development.

A third-generation developer, Michael founded Glenart Group in 2023. With over a decade of experience across development and construction in the US and Europe, Michael brings a unique global perspective to complex projects. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, from site selection and entitlements through financing, construction delivery and commercial management across residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects on both sides of the Atlantic.
20+ years of experience in data center strategy, design, construction, and operations. Former Global Director at a leading financial institution overseeing mission-critical data centers globally on projects exceeding $100M. Background in electrical engineering and project management.
21 years of experience delivering high-value developments, including mission-critical data center and commercial projects. He combines strategic business development expertise with deep technical knowledge to drive growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Known for leading complex projects from inception to completion, Liam ensures quality, safety, and performance on every engagement.
15 years of commercial construction management experience delivering complex, high-value projects exceeding $600M. Has led mission-critical data center developments up to 120MW, consistently meeting aggressive timelines and budget targets. Expertise spans project controls, risk management, and regulatory navigation across multiple US jurisdictions.
Leads Glenart's technology and software development, building the proprietary platforms that power the firm's operations — from AI-assisted document generation to project reporting and data center development workflows.
